How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days across Bangladesh. Dhaka orders usually arrive within 1–2 days. Flat ৳80 shipping on all orders.

Do you really support cash on delivery?

Yes — cash on delivery is available for every order, everywhere in the country. You only pay when the parcel is in your hands.

How can I be sure the product is authentic?

We source directly from authorized distributors and inspect every item before dispatch. Products come sealed in their original packaging with full authenticity marks.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery plus bKash and Nagad for prepaid orders. You'll see all available options at checkout.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

We deliver to all 64 districts across Bangladesh via trusted couriers. Rural and remote areas are covered.

Cancellation Policy

How and when you can cancel an order at Creation Bangladesh, and how refunds are handled after cancellation.

1.1. When You Can Cancel

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched without charge. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through our return process instead.

2.2. How to Cancel

WhatsApp us at 01821-884455 or email hello@creation.bd with your order number.
State clearly that you want to cancel the order.
We will confirm the cancellation and, if you paid online, initiate the refund.

Our team works during business hours; cancellations requested after an order has already been dispatched will be treated as returns. If your order was placed very recently, contact us immediately for the best chance of stopping it before dispatch.

3.3. Refunds After Cancellation

COD orders: no payment was collected, so no refund is due.
bKash / Nagad: refunded to your original wallet within 5-7 business days.
Card / banking (SSLCommerz): refunded to your original payment method; bank processing may add a few extra days.

4.4. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel an order at any time in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. In these cases we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount already paid, and you will not be charged anything further.

5.5. Partially Shipped Orders

If an order contains multiple items and only part of it has been dispatched, you may cancel the remaining unshipped portion. Any items already shipped are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
