Standard delivery is 2–5 business days across Bangladesh. Dhaka orders usually arrive within 1–2 days. Flat ৳80 shipping on all orders.

We deliver to all 64 districts in Bangladesh, including remote and union-level areas, through our trusted courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, and others). If a location cannot be reached by our standard couriers, our team will contact you to arrange the best available option before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. These times are estimates and may be affected by courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping is a flat ৳80 on all orders. No extra delivery charge applies to cash-on-delivery orders.

4.4. Dispatch & Packaging

Every order is quality-checked, packed in secure, tamper-evident packaging, and handed to the courier with your order details. Fragile or liquid items are wrapped with additional protection. You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp update with your tracking reference as soon as your order is handed to the courier.

5.5. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): pay when you receive your order, available nationwide.
bKash / Nagad: pay online at checkout.
Card / Banking: Visa, Mastercard, and internet banking via SSLCommerz.

For online payments, orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed by the gateway. COD orders are dispatched in the normal dispatch window.

6.6. Order Tracking

Track your order anytime at /order/track using your phone number and order ID. You will also receive SMS and WhatsApp updates at each stage — dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

7.7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us on WhatsApp at 01821-884455. We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 24 hours. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect or unreachable address, the courier will contact you; unclaimed parcels are returned to us and may be subject to our return process.

8.8. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address or contact information. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will try to update the details before the parcel is dispatched.
