1.1. Acceptance of Terms

We may update these terms at any time; the latest version is always on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2.2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Bangladeshi phone number for delivery and order updates.

3.3. Products & Authenticity

All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, restrict sales to particular regions, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected resale or fraud.

4.4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing is accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

5.5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer, not acceptance. We confirm and process orders via SMS and WhatsApp, and acceptance is confirmed when the order is dispatched. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, or card/banking through SSLCommerz. We do not store card or PIN details. 8.8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before dispatch without charge. Cancellations after dispatch are handled through our return process. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time — for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will issue a full refund for amounts already paid. 9.9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and code — is owned by Creation Bangladesh or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping, bots, or bulk ordering that disrupts service; no false or misleading order information; no fraudulent payment activity; no interference with security features; and no harassment of our staff or other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

11.11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creation Bangladesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by force majeure, courier delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Bangladeshi law.

12.12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first through our support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection legislation.
