Standard delivery is 2–5 business days across Bangladesh. Dhaka orders usually arrive within 1–2 days. Flat ৳80 shipping on all orders.

Yes — cash on delivery is available for every order, everywhere in the country. You only pay when the parcel is in your hands.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

If a payment fails, no charge is made and your order is not processed. You may retry the payment or choose a different method. If a payment succeeds but your order does not appear, contact us with the order number and transaction reference, and we will investigate.
