Return & Refund Policy

1.1. Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unsealed only if inspection requires it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. This does not affect your statutory rights under Bangladeshi consumer protection law for defective or misdescribed goods.

2.2. Eligible Items

• Sealed, unopened products in original packaging.
• Products with manufacturing defects or damage sustained during delivery.
• Wrong item delivered.
• Items that do not match their description on the product page.

3.3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products without original packaging, tags, or included accessories.
• Items purchased during special clearance sales (marked as final sale).
• Gift cards and digital-only purchases.
• Items damaged by customer misuse or improper storage after delivery.

1. WhatsApp us at 01821-884455 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
4. We will arrange a pickup by our courier, or you can drop it off at our Dhaka location.
5. Inspect the returned item — inspection is completed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

6.6. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible:

• COD orders: bKash or Nagad transfer to the number you provide.
• Online payments: refund to your card or mobile wallet via SSLCommerz; card refunds may take additional bank processing time.

Refund amounts equal the product price paid. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

7.7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, you can pay the difference via bKash or Nagad before dispatch.

8.8. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for returns caused by our error (wrong, damaged, or defective items). For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind within the 7-day window), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we have arranged a free pickup.

9.9. Statutory Rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 (Bangladesh) and any other applicable consumer protection law. If any provision of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable statutory right, that statutory right prevails.
